William R. Wismer, 74, of Easton, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his home. Born September 10, 1946 in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late James W. and Betty Bernice (Rone) Wismer. He and his wife, Haruko (Kubagawa) Wismer, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 15, 2021.

Bill was a 1965 graduate of Wilson High School. He served with the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired as a machinist from Georgia Pacific. Bill enjoyed repairing clocks and traveling. In addition to his wife, Haruko, he is survived by a brother, Robert E. Wismer and his wife Margaret, of Easton. He was predeceased by a brother, John T. Wismer. Services will be held at 10am Friday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick St., Easton. Call Friday 9-10am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
