Dominick J. Murgia
July 18, 1947 - August 10, 2017

Dominick J. Murgia, 70, of Swiftwater, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in Pocono - Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Dominick was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Frank A. and Nancy F. (Napoli) Murgia.

Dominick was married to the former Linda L. Brotzman, with whom he celebrated 49 years of marriage last April 20. He was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1965. Dominick was a Graphic Designer for Tri-Color Photo Lab before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and woodworking.

In addition to his wife, Dominick is survived by sons Daniel J. Murgia and wife Tina of Pocono Summit, Matthew M. Murgia of Mount Pocono; a daughter Louise A. Murgia and husband Rod Rafajko of Rockville, MD; a sister Pauline Leh and husband Gerald of Palmer Twp.; grandchildren Daniel J. Murgia, Jr., and Dana M. Murgia. He is preceded in death by a son Thomas J. Murgia in 1972.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.
